Yoga Book Study

Yoga book club is a fun way to share our practice off the mat! Each class will include book discussion and exercises related to the week's chapters designed to integrate and ground the concepts discussed.

Book study is a great way to come together in community, read inspirational books, and share authentic and meaningful discussions and insights. You won’t need to read the whole book in advance, we will be reading a few chapters at a time each week.  

Coaching Group

In this coaching group, you will get the opportunity to work directly with Carole, to have a breakthrough in designing and playing for goals that are truly meaningful for you!

As a result of being in this group, you will:

  • See how to consistently bring clarity, focus, ease, and grace into your life.

  • Be coached to go past any ways in which you have made life more difficult than it needs to be.

  • Six 60-minute sessions live — by video or phone (replays available)

  • Intimate, interactive private WhatsApp group, which Carole will monitor in order to further support your success.

  • Limited to 6 people for more opportunity for personal coaching

Luminous means: “emitting or reflecting light, startlingly bright, inspiring, radiant, resplendent, stunning, splendid.” In this book study, you will learn a simple approach to living a luminous life — a way to create a life in which you see, at any moment, that you are doing exactly what you are here to do. The four aspects of luminosity are:

- Clarity- Seeing what is important to you. In this book study you will discover your “personal GPS” and gain tools to live by it.

- Focus- Putting your energy toward what is important to you. In this book study, you’ll see where you’ve wasted energy, and how to use it effectively.

- Ease- Taking small sweet steps toward what is important to you. In this book study you’ll see how to “get things done” — with ease instead of struggle.

- Grace- An unearned or unexpected blessing. In this book study, you'll gain tools for practicing the secret to grace: Being grateful, no matter the situation.

“A Month for Me”

Join us for this month-long program starting January 2, 2024!

“A Month for Me”…30 days of movement, meditation, community, and ritual that will change the way you show up for yourself and, well…your whole life.

 

Taking space for yourself isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. 

“A Month for Me” is about slowing down, seeing what’s most important to you, cultivating meaningful experiences, and daring to put those dreams into practice in your life. It’s about pausing to honor your intentions, emotions, fears, and contributions. It’s about results in real time.

 

As we move into a life lived and shared online, I am reminded of the vital importance of connection to each other in deep, meaningful ways. These gatherings are at the heart of any life worth living. 

 

So..having said all that…we’re daring you to live radically! You shape this program. You choose how much you do. Take 30 days of your life to integrate one or all of the rituals (from the list below) that will change your habits and the way you show up for yourself, your community and your world. 

 

It’s 30 days. Breaking old habits. Creating new ones. Celebrating. Together. Living radically.

 

 

Here’s how this works…

 

  • Practice movement daily. Any way that sings to your heart- yoga, dance, running, walking. 

 

  • Meditate. 15 minutes daily. Morning & evening group meditation available 

 

  • Sleep. 8 hours. Yup, 8

 

  • Reflect. We'll create a private WhatsApp group thread that we can all share and contribute to

 

  • Give. Look for ways to support someone. every single day.

 

  • Hydrate. Drink (water) half your weight in ounces per day.

 

  • Connect. Connect with your “buddy” daily 

 

  • Track Your Progress- Keep a daily journal 

 

The extra fun part: We all have something we’ve been wanting to kick or reduce (sugar, alcohol, scrolling, caffeine). Pick one. During the 30 days, you can have it once per week. If you go over your 1 free day, no drama. Just notice and get back to it. We’re all about living a life of growth and authenticity, not stress!

 

We will meet all together as a group on zoom once per week October 1,8, 15, 22, 29, 2021 (4:30-5:30pm) Bring a journal and a pen. Our group leaders will support you through these group coaching sessions. Your level of participation and how radical you feel is completely in your hands.

 

 

Cost:

 

We envision a world in which everyone is supported 100% and no one is left out. Our sliding scale reflects that vision, by supporting people to participate who could not otherwise do so.
