Class description:

This empowering, self-care focused class resets the nervous system and addresses hard to access, underused, overused, and misused muscles and the connective tissue that surrounds them- fascia, tendons, ligaments- to hydrate, relax, and release tension stored in the tissues. This is a soft-tissue conditioning practice that uses various sized therapy balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This class includes breath work, alignment cues, anatomy instruction and mindful awareness (such as conscious relaxation) to create more ease and range of motion throughout the entire body.
